Teeny, 6-year old dog for adoption (Tan Li Lian’s)

Hi Kah Yein,
I wonder if you could  help me find a new owner for my parents’ dog, Teeny (photos attached). Basically, my parents are now too old to look after Teeny. Although I have tried take over Teeny, she ‘acts up’ and whines when it rains and there’s nobody at home to calm her down. This has upset our neighbors so we had to send her back to my parents. Clearly, she is a dog that needs company!

Hence, my question is: would you know of anyone who might take to a dog like Teeny? She is about 6 years old, not a large but tall dog (long legs, slim) with very short fur. She is 100 percent local and in healthy condition for adoption, i.e. vaccinated, neutered, heart-wormed, front-lined. She is also very fond of cats and they take to her. Teeny is excellent with people, although initially she comes across as boisterous. As for doing her duty, she is an excellent watch dog with a strong bark. I think she comes from orang asli hunting stock (note the big ears) as we picked her up in Lukut, near PD.
