Today, rescuer and feeder, Mas, brought in an emergency case. One of the cats in her colony was knocked down by a car and the bleeding was intensive.
I did not want to stress the cat any further than necessary, so all I managed to get was this blurry photo.
Further tests are being done now to ascertain the injuries. Initial examination shows that the skull is cracked, jaw is broken, and there may be brain damage caused by internal haemorrhaging and swelling.
We have requested the vet to do everything possible to save the cat, and we will definitely help Mas in sponsoring the cost of the treatment.
The estimated cost at this point is RM800.
