Just as I was talking about getting cats spayed-neutered so that there would be fewer complaints, here we have an urgent request from Jacelyn, for fosterers for 20 over cats.
A lady has been keeping 20 over cats in her house. Her neighbour has put in a complaint to the local council and now, the council has given her only until Monday to remove all the cats failing which the cats would be put down.

What Jacelyn can do is go out and acquire several 3-tier cages and confine all of them within her compound. Identify those that get on with each other and put them in one cage, redesigning and assembling each cage to maximise the levels so that each cat has a comfortable area to claim as its own in each cage, putting a big common litter box on the bottom-most level and a clean food and water area (use big heavy clay containers that do not topple over) on one big level above, with the cats climbing up and down between levels through a small space of about half a foot wide on one side of each cage.
For 20 cats, about 8 cages (more more depending on how well the groups of cats get along without bickering and fighting) should be sufficient.
Cover each cage from view with some cheap bamboo blinds which blocks out the view but allows air circulation.
