Spaying subsidy for 2 female cats (Shahrizad Mahat’s)

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of 2 female cat in Shahrizad Mahat’s neighbourhood. Sharizad is a teacher and she and her friends are doing CNRM for the cats around their houses. We have now subsidised the neutering of 5 cats for her.
