Neutering subsidy for Bruno, rescued dog (Lim Swee Yen’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for this case.

Hi Dr.Chan!

Remember Bruno, the dog with severe demodectic mange? He is recovering
well and it is time to have him neutered. I would like to apply for a subsidy for the procedure.

Please find attached the pictures of him before and after the mange
treatment as well as a picture of the incision made during the
castration surgery.
