Medical subsidy for injured cat, Van Ness (Jermaine Wu Hui Ting’s)

We have subsidised RM37.50 for this case.

Dear Dr Chan ,

                      First of all Good day Dr Chan.

                      My purpose for this email is to apply the medical treatment subsidy for this poor cat , she ran in my house yesterday late at night ,  seem weak and both legs behind seem injured as well . I let her rest behind my house and just now  brought her to vet for checking , her condition seem ok just flea infection and a bit fever , about  the leg vet said might cause by human kicking or hit by car but it will heal so no worries .

                     Now i send all the photos through here , first attached is last night when she just ran in my house , second attached is when at the vet , third is after injection back to my house from vet and last is the medicine and medical receipt.  The original receipt and form will post to you by tomorrow , do i followed up all the procedure ?

Dear Dr Chan,

                        Good day Dr Chan i am here to update you news about the cat which i applied for medical treatment .

                         Today is 3rd day after medication , she seem active back not as weak as the first day i saw her and both of her back leg get stronger too she now able to jump down from washing machine , so  herewith the first photo you may can see most of the flea was dead and 2nd photo were when we tried to give her a bath. she hated it, after some fight we only manage to give her a quick bath. she ran away to the opposite house after i dry her with towel and put some flea spray. She sitting there and refused to come back to my house  no matter what i do ,i guess we frighten her , really lack of experience on taking care a cat ,hopefully she will come back by tomorrow for food and water . i m a bit worried because she still have 2 days of medication

                       Beside that i plan to bring her back to vet after she finished the medicine and might vaccine her if she is ready for it after get comfirmation  from the vet . i wish to know can i still applied the vaccine subsidy for her after i already applied the medication treatment subsidy ?

                       By the way i named her Van Ness cuz eventually her ear will have a V shape notch, i will go step by step for her until she been neutering then will put her up for adoption . Dr Chan please spread the news for me when Van Ness is ready to be adopt . That all my plan for her please do correct me if i have out of order for Van ness benefit
