Ainey and I dropped in to see PJay today. He is on the road to recovery. The surgery took 2 hours where the vet inserted a metal plate to correct the fractured femur on his leg. PJay is expected to be able to stand in a few days’ time. For the time being, he is still lying down.
We are looking for a fosterer for PJay for two months upon discharge. The metal plate has to be removed only after two months.

PJay was rescued by Ainey on the highway. We suspect he was an accident victim, left to die.
