The Tibetan terrier story continues

I finally received photos of the Tibetan terrier today.  His current owners have named him “Teddy”.  I assume he is male.

A lady by the name of Christie wrote to me last night saying she would like to adopt this dog.  I responded immediately but I have not heard from her yet.  Meanwhile, I had earlier already approached Daniel, the gentleman who adopted Yorky from us (also with neurological problems), to ask if he or his friends might be able to adopt this terrier. 
Daniel text me this morning saying he would like to take a look at this terrier.  I made the arrangements and Daniel finally informed me that the present owners are still deliberating whether to keep the dog or not.  If not, Daniel will adopt him.
Christie, are you still interested?  I have been waiting to hear from you.
