AnimalCare’s CNRM goes to Klang

I have been wanting very much to get a panel vet in Klang so that we may extend our CNRM services there, but I was not able to find a representative thus far.

Now, with this exposure over what is happening in Klang, where the local council is going on a “rampage” to rid Klang of stray dogs, the need for CNRM is all the more urgent.

As always, the universe provided an answer, and Mandy came to our rescue.

We urge all animal-lovers in Klang to participate in CNRM as a longterm solution to help control the stray dog population (and cat as well, pls).
CNRM works, but it needs collective effort from everyone.
For those who might not know what CNRM is, here’s a mini lesson:
C = Care
N = Neuter
R = Rehome/Return
M = Manage
Start by caring for the strays through feeding (a faster way is to trap them, but we do not have the expertise in doing this).
Once you have made friends, bring the animals to us for neutering.  We will sponsor it at our panel vet, but if you wish to donate to replenish our funds, we thank you most kindly.
For dogs, we recommend rehoming.  For adult cats, you may return them to the colony if you cannot rehome them.  Let’s hope Klang won’t go on a cat catching rampage next.  Do not return dogs to the colony, please (it is a matter of time before they will be caught by the local councils again).
Managing is to continue looking after them (for returned animals, ie. cats).
So, for dogs, it’s actually just CNR (R= Rehome).
Please help us help the dogs in Klang.  Join us in CNR.
For Klang cases, please contact Mandy.
Mandy – thank you!
P.S.  Our sponsorship only applies to stray animals, and not to home pets.

  1. Mountain Yogi

    I have five AnimalCare t-shirts but since they are white in colour, it can get dirty quickly if there is a lot of outdoor work.
    Don't get me wrong, I love the design, but is it possible to have AnimalCare t-shirts in colours like yellowy, bluey, light purple or orangey? That way dirt may not show so well on them?
    Just a suggestion.

  2. We're coming out with a black tshirt very soon.

    The white is our "classic" tshirt.

    Thanks for your suggestion.
