Socks, up for adoption (urgent)

Socks was rescued along with Dante, and Terry has been fostering both for many months now.  Dante was adopted by Pravinn some weeks back, but no one would take Socks.
Recently, a neighbour put in a complaint to MPSJ and Terry has now received a warning.  He has to rehome Socks immediately.
Here’s a write-up by Terry, in Socks’ “shoes”:
I am unloved. Yes, harsh as it may sound, but I am unloved.

‘Why?’, you asked. Simply put, I was abandoned by my mother when I was still young. They found me underneath a car one night. Took me in and gave me a home. That was the first time I tasted love, and it came from someone of a different race.

Yet, as time passed, my home-giver decided that she couldn’t take care of me anymore. The ‘neighbours were complaining’ she said. So I had to go again.

I was taken to a home with many others like me. They were all rescued or abandoned. They were the same race as me. There I was loved by everyone. And I was happy. I am happy.

Today, MPSJ came by and told the home manager that there were too many of us. They said one of us had to go. I knew they meant me. I was the youngest, and I had no license. No reason to be there. ‘Someone had complained’, they said.

I now have a week, two at most before I have to leave. My foster parent/home manager is now appealing to his friends on FaceBook to help with my case. He loves me. And I love him.

But the world hates people like us. I will soon be unloved… once again.

Socks is incredibly loving and very smart.  She would make a lovely pet.
Please help find her an adopter.

Councils are so fast to act on any complaints about dogs but do nothing about uncollected rubbish, pot-holed roads, broken street lamps, dirty eating places, indiscriminate parking and pasar malam traders that start cordoning off the streets at 2.30pm.

    Something very twisted in this.

I hope Socks finds a home soon – or that the complainant to the council has to leave their home very suddenly and so, can't complain about Terry any more.
