While I was on Ketam Island today, I received an SOS from a rescuer who said a Shih Tzu was about to be put to sleep. My handphone battery was already about to konk off, so I smsed until my battery died.
Luckily I managed to get Terry (before my battery went completely dead) to see to the case, and also to text our panel vet to let him know.
Apparently, the Shih Tzu has a deformed leg and cannot walk properly, but is otherwise healthy and is a very happy dog.
He is boarding at our panel vet now, and I will visit and post a photo.
He is up for adoption. A purebred, I was told.
We will fund his medical and help the rescuer get him adopted.
