We have offered Jason the alternative of getting the dog treated first and since the dog is rescued, Jason is welcome to apply for our subsidies.

To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,Here’s another dog i picked up at the street (see attachment) – a female Shih Tzu. It seems that she is lost OR abandoned by owner. She nearly met an accident yesterday when i found her. I have fed her and cleaned her up.
She was found at Jalan Wawasan 3/14, Pusat Bandar Puchong. She is having a serious eye infection and cataract, and there is a tumor at her back and another on the breast area. I am sending her to PAWS tomorrow for care and adoption.
Would you mind to post this as well in hope of getting her to her owner OR a new home.
