To: Chan Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,Can we claim for 2 dog’s spaying? Powder (1st pic center dog) was rescued with skin disease as you can see on the face. She is better now and due for spaying. The other dog, Temple is the only dog left near a temple. All the dogs there died with blood in their poo. We are not sure whether they are poisoned or it is virus. Temple is the only surviving dog. We took it away from the place and sent to the vet for observation before sending to our shelter. We plan to spay her too.Can we proceed?RegardsMei Kueen
