To: Chan Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,These 3 puppies were rescued and kept in Mdm Hoo’s house. The two brown ones were found vomiting and one of them had diarrhea. It had blood in the poo. We sent her to the vet and she was put on drip. As she just got her 1st vaccine done the vet said it is a waste of money to do the parvo test.Her diarrhea stopped but she doesn’t want to eat anything. The vet said if she drinks anything she will vomit. We are wondering why she doesn’t want to eat anything. She is still boarding at the vet on drip.Can we apply for medical subsidy for this pup? The other pup is getting better.RegardsMei Kueen
