Subject: Applying for neutering subsidy-4 animals
To: chankahyein@gmail.comDear Dr.Chan,Hi Dr.Chan, It’s me again Francis..We are wondering is that possible to apply neutering subsidy for 2 dogs and 2 cats that we’ve spayed lately? On 25/1 we’ve neutered a male dog and a male cat, they are all community pet who’ve been taken care of by a auntie named Devi, she do not earn much but she’s very kind that she will feed this two animals who live around her home area everyday after her work. We help her to transport them to vet clinic and pay for their medical bill. In total the bill costs us RM150.00 for 2 animals..On 28/1 we’ve spayed a female dog named Clover, she’s our rescued dog last month. She’s a distemper survivor and when the time we rescued her, she was having severe lung infection and couldn’t stand/move at all but fortunately, after month of treatment she recovered well. We spayed her and plan to release her back to her colony next month. The bill cost us RM150.00.On 29/1 we’ve spayed a female cat named Meeko, she’s a stray cat who’ve been fed by our Malay neighbor. Meeko came to our neighborhood sometimes and previously she gave birth at the Malay neighbor’s house, two kittens are now adopted by the neighbor whereas the other one is fostered by us. When the kittens grow up she do not come to our neighborhood that often but successfully trapped by us on 28/1 for the operation. The surgery costs us RM120.00.We would really appreciate if we could get some help for their spaying fees as the costs in taking care of our fostered pets escalates very fast especially recently one of our rescued old cat was found to have kidney failure recently…thank you so much for your consideration. Thanks.Warmest Regards,Francis Gan
