1 more female dog spayed (Low Hong Hang’s)

Mr Low brought another female dog to be spayed from the construction site in North Port. The spaying fee is subsidised by our Medical Fund and the balance of the bill sponsored by Andy Lew, Kok Khee Wee, Peggy Tiong and Martin Lui.
