Neglected dog needs a home

I received this request from Ms Lee.

This dog is sort of abandoned by her owner. Always leashed up. At times not fed for days when the owner is not at home. They have another dog and she is always kept outside the house – rain or shine that dog will be outside the house guarding it. Both dogs also very dirty and not well kept. The dog outside the house has since been taken by one auntie and now renamed “Ruby” and is now transformed into a beautiful lady – clean  and tickless. Now the owner has indicated that he also doesn’t want the leashed up dog (which is the one in picture). This dog is extremely friendly and is a female. Hope you can help to find a good owner for her.  “Ruby Jr” is about one year old. 

Ms Lee says Ruby Jr is always hungry and whenever she manages to throw a packet of food inside, Ruby Jr will very quickly eat it all up.  She is playful, and longs for the compassionate human touch.
