“Spaying” subsidy for Foxy, a female community dog (Susan Bell/Lily Lee Chooi Lean’s)

Lily Lee Chooi Lean feeds the community dogs in the PJ area and she had identified Foxy, a friendly female dog, to be spayed. Susan Bell helped catch and ferry Foxy to the vet only to find that Foxy had already been previously spayed. Again, we ask that all rescuers get their neutered animals ear-notched to prevent this unnecessary discomfort risk for the animals and also the unnecessary expenses.

We have subsidised RM150 for this procedure. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM50) and Ti-Ratana Penchala (RM100).
