Dogfood for Lester Hiew Thiam Hock and mum, Jenny Khong Chin Chin

I was enquiring the price of canned dogfood for the many, many dogs whom Lester Hiew and his mum feed. My friend, Amy Lim, who runs Subang Pet Products, was very touched with Lester’s work, she wanted to donate too.

Here’s Lester and Amy. Amy donated a pack of dogfood and has pledged to donate to these dogs on a regular basis.

Meanwhile, we have sponsored 36 cans of Chicopee High Premium Dogfood (1.275kg) and 4 packs of Caliber (22.7kg) dog kibbles for the dogs. This includes the community dogs as well as the abandoned dogs. This sponsorship comes from all donors through our Medical Fund, Andy Lew, Kok Khee Wee and Jeanie Tan Lai Fun.

We have a loading officer to oversee things,Mr Vincent Starr. He’s just back from sick leave.

Quality control supervisor, Rosie Posie Delfino (that’s the surname given by my husband).

Ms Delfino even checks to see if Lester’s car is “okay” to be loaded.

Hmm….we’re talking really high standards here, aren’t we?

Er…what is your role, Timmy?

Overall in charge?

Actually, the reason I asked Lester to come collect is I was afraid Timmy might scratch at the bags and wallop the kibbles overnight!

All loaded in the boot and seat.

All ready to go!

Lester and his mum thank all donors for the food sponsorship.

Your Quality Control Officer Rosie Posie Delfino has such a stylish name. Er … any relations to the hunky Mike Delfino of Desperate Housewives?
Actually, she’s a pretty cat, I like her coat 🙂
