Medical subsidy for Lucky, community dog with ear-wound (Lester Hiew Thiam Hock & Jenny Khong Chin Chin’s)

Lucky’s bill is RM370 and we have subsidised 50% which is RM185. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM85) and Berjaya Cares (RM100). An additional RM150 subsidy comes from Ti-Ratana Penchala. The total subsidy is RM335.

good afternoon miss,

i would like to apply for medical subsidy for Lucky.

he is one of the strays my mother and i feed. he got into a fight with other dogs and his left ear got bitten and then became a maggot wound.

he received his first treatment in at the vet’s on 09/06/13.

attached are pictures of Lucky during his initial treatments. *warning: images may be disturbing

i will send more updated pictures of the recovered Lucky.

The vet has not prepared the receipt yet.

anyway, these are pictures of Lucky yesterday night when we fed him. he is all okay now!thank you very much.
