To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr.Chan,I would like to seek your help again with neutering fund for my recent rescue dog, Mickey.Mickey was found by the side of Senai-Desaru highway with a red collar on him about four weeks back.There are no residential area nearby and i didn’t know how he ended up there.He might be lost pet or abandoned.Me and my mom tried to feed him but he kept running away from us.But, somehow we managed to earn his trust and get him in the car after an hour.He was one of the friendliest dog we have seen. Obviously he was someone’s beloved pet.We tried to find his owner through social network (Petfinder and Facebook) and posters but so far no one has come forward.Kind vet let me keep Mickey at their boarding centre for free for few weeks.Unable to pay for his further boarding, we found an adopter, who will keep him at his farm.Before, handing Mickey over to the new owner, I have vaccinated and neutered him.If you have sufficient fund, I would like apply for neutering subsidy.Please find the attachment for Mickey’s pictures when he was first found and after the neutering was done.I am grateful for your assistance with my rescue cases in the past and hope you will help me one more time.I will send the completed form and the receipt for neutering by this week.Thank you in advance, Dr.Chan.Warm Regards,Praveena Charter Kutty
