Neutering sponsorship for 1 male cat (Wan Faridah bt Wan Basor Ali’s)

We have fully sponsored RM100 for the neutering of this male cat. This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM40) and Berjaya Cares (RM60).

Dear Dr Chan

I have another stray kitten which appeared at my house in March 2013. At that time he was around 3 months old.  He is now around 7 months old and I would like to spay him.  As such I would like to request for the subsidy.  I am planning to have him spayed next week, on Wednesday in Puchong.
