Vaccination and medical subsidy for 2 male cats, Happy & Tuah (Rolida @ Intan Shahar’s)

We have subsidised RM44 for the two vaccinations and deworming for Happy & Tuah.  This subsidy comes from all donors through our Medical Fund (RM14) and Berjaya Cares (RM30). Happy & Tuah have both been adopted, together!

Dear AnimalCare,

On Sunday, 28.04.2013 I rescued a stray cat with 4 kittens. I named them Miz Pots (the mother), Pepper, Tony, Tuah and Happy. Miz Pots was dewormed, given supplement for hair growth and Malaseb, a medicated shampoo for the skin, whilst the kittens were given eyes and flu medications.

The kittens are now 3 months old. Pepper and Tony already been adopted.

I have already written about Mitz Pots to you in a separate email.

On Sunday, 21.07.2013 I also brought Tuah and Happy for 1^st vaccination and dewormed on Sunday, 21.07.2013, cost RM78. I have put up both of them for adoption. The new fosterer will come to take them this weekend.

I will send to you the form together with original receipts, test results and copies of vaccination cards for Tuah and Happy via Pos Ekspres soonest possible.
