Dear Kah Yein,
Good afternoon.
Sorry for the blur receipts cause I took it from my mobile’s camera.
I would like to apply for subsidy, attached are the receipts and pictures for your reference :-
1)  Lucky  & pei-pei –
Lucky, the black male kitten with serious back legs injuries found near my office
     –   AnimalCare has subsidy for his 1st treatment & 1st acupuncture, thanks again 🙂
     –   The receipt is for Lucky’s 2nd acupunture session.
mini-Luck 2 (s) - now fur growing back mini-Lucky 1 (s) - acupunture
Pei-pei, a calico female cat who has gone for neutering (she is a stray cat at the malay burger stall at Jalan Langgar, Alor Setar)
     –  AnimalCare has subsidy for the operation, arigato.
     –  The receipt is for the infection on her operation wound and was put on medication.
mini-Pei-pei (s) - neuter wound infection
2)  Bibi, a female kitten (found her alone sitting in the middle of the road in a housing estate in Sungai Petani)
     –  clinic : Gills Vet
     –  Bibi’s 1st vaccination was partially subsidy by AnimalCare.
     –  The receipt is for her 2nd vaccin.
mini-Bibi (s) - she is growing up
3)   Sweety, a female cat
      –  one of the many strays at my office area, she is the sweet-est & my “darling” /favorite
      –  she has given birth a few time, I think
      –   I have been ‘targeting’ to get her neuter but I can’t get the ‘timing’ right…..she is pregnant.
      –   From the picture “before treatment”, her ear mite problem was very serious & I am scare to take her in my car and it might
‘accidentally’ spread to my 5 + 1 cats that always travel with me in my car.
So, I have asked the vet to kindly come in for the treatment & request him to waive the house call charges.
sorry for the blur picture, the vet took it with his mobile.
The 2nd picture ” 3 days after treatment” show that a lot of the ‘thick growth” on Sweety’s ears have fell off 🙂
mini-Sweety 1 (s) - before ear mite treatment mini-sweety 2 (s) - after 3 days of treatment
All cats / kitten are up for adoption or fostering !!!  Kindly help me to publish in your blog, appreciate it 🙂
Please help !!   5 (rescued) cats –  which 3 were spayed, are up for adoption & fostering
…… please call me at 016-404 2189 and I will forward more information & their pictures.
FYI, personally I have 5 cats & 1 dog.
