Neutering sponsorship for 1 male cat (Siow Cheuk Chuen’s)

We have fully sponsored RM80 for the neutering of this male cat. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM30) and Berjaya Cares (RM50).

Dear Dr. Chan,

A stray male cat found by me and my wife, we hope to take good care of King (attached photo). Since the surrounding of where we live is full of stray cats and dogs, we opt for neutering treatment for King. Our effort to reduce the number of strays will certainly be a benefit to the residential area.

No funds are raised for the neutering treatment, and we would like to apply for the AnimalCare Neutering Subsidy. Thank you!

Best regards,

Siow Cheuk Chuen

Dear Dr. Chan,

As per the email sent on 29 Nov 2013 stating an application for Neutering Subsidy, we have neutered 1 male cat (King is his name) at Klinik Kembiri, Ampang Jaya on the 30 Nov 2013. Photos of King are attached in this email. Thank you very much for your help!

Best regards,

Siow Cheuk Chuen
