Medical subsidy for 2 cats (Maslinda Abd Talib’s)

Medication is for Muffy who is having nose and eye discharge (RM40).

Receipt for RM30 is actually for a stray cat who was found severe dehydration. . suspected to have either FIV or FELV from her condition full of fleas and dehydrated. no tests done as the treatment plan is to get her hydrated first before do other tests. However, this cat died on 1/12/2012
