Neutering sponsorship for 1 male cat in Kedah, also for adoption (Chin Ying Fong’s)

We have fully sponsored RM40 for the neutering of this male cat, Fook Chai. This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM20) and Berjaya Cares (RM20).

Dear Dr Chan,

I would like to apply for subsidy, attached are the receipt and pictures for your reference :-

Fook Chai ( in Cantonese meas : prosperous boy )

–  a black/grey/yellow male cat found near my office ….looks like mountain cat and he is very manja 🙂

–  spaying operation done at Jabatan Haiwan Alor Setar, Kedah

–  he is resting & recovering at my house & will release him back to his colony this Friday.

 

I plan to send him for vaccination about half a month from now.

 

Please help to circulate his picture for adoption ….with d follow terms :-

 (wl capture send better pictures after he recovered)

1.   Free roaming in or outside the house  (** please do NOT cage him)

2.   lots of TLC, play with him & medical attention when required

3.   good food, water and shelter.
