Dear Dr Chan,
It’s has been almost 3 weeks since I found Doodle & Noodle wandering at BK5 Bandar Kinrara. The owner still have not come forward to claim them. Hence, I would like to put them for adoption. Both are neutered male. Very docile and intelligent dog.
Those who are interested to adopt them (must be adopted together) please email to me at connie4707@yahoo.com
Regards,
Connie James

I’m just thinking how strange nobody is looking for them … they looked well cared for, neutered and looked like they were not lost for a long time. I wonder why their owners are not coming forward? Perhaps the owner is sick. This is truly a mystery for me!

I still cannot get it out of my mind …

Theory 1 : They were dog-napped from a location (could be from another state) but they managed to escape

Theory 2 : The owner is abroad and a helper / maid is caring for house / dogs and one fine day they ran out … helped / maid does not have the means to access the internet or confined to the house hence cannot go look for them?

Theory 2 : They were beamed down by the mother-ship and are spies in disguise

I know Connie you have your hands full but I have this feeling that their owners are still looking for them… just my own little intuition.

Theories 1 & 2 seem very probable. Not discounting Theory 3 as well….(on the lighter side). We’re convinced Timmy was beamed down ala Mr Bean, right smack in front of our gate and he spoke an alien feline language then!

I agree with Joy. I find this strange too. I posted up on my Facebook and asked my friends who are living in Puchong area since the day this notice was up. Not much help there. I’m not familiar with Puchong area, but could there be another housing area (not Puchong) where the 2 boys here could have walk from?

    Hi all,

I’m also of the same mind as Joy. I believe that these are well-loved dogs. And to add on to Joy’s theory –

Theory 4: The owner has no clue how to look for a lost dog. He/she could be internet unsavvy. I have experience with this one because I rescued a dog whose owner lives very near in the same neighbourhood. The whole family just sat in their guilt and misery over the loss of their beloved dog and DID NOTHING! They just assumed that its just lost and gone! Luckily one family member saw the dog poster I put up around the taman.

Theory 5: The owners assumed that they were dog-napped and so have given up all hope and effort.

Notices already put up on the tree trunks as well in the surrounding area.

My experience with the owner of the lost dog that I rescued – I asked why it took them so long to notice the posters I put up around the taman – the asnwer I got was nobody in the family bothered to look! Can you believe that? And I put those posters up in places where people walk their dogs and around shops area frequented by many people and around the nearest school!

It takes all kinds to make the world!

Theory #6 : Owner maybe kena kidnap by aliens or something.

I have nothing much to comment or any theory about the mystery wandering of these adorable dogs, but I just want to say that I’m very much keen to adopt these lovable doggies to share my home.

I won’t be surprise their owner just sat at home and grief over the missing doodle and noodle instead of looking for them.
I’m from BK4, and came across a spitz mix 2 yrs ago, which was a runaway, same situation, put up poster, asked around and contacted other BK residence associations, but no news of the owner. That spitz mix ( I named her Pixie) stayed in my house for more than 2 months, and finally adopted by Iranian expats who now moved to US bringing Pixie along.
Guess what? The actual owner who stayed in nearby BK contacted me after two years, and demanded for Pixie to be returned to them.

I judge whoever the owner was for doodle and noodle, but if they ever get a chance for a better home ( one that would at least try hard and go all out to look for missing dogs), then it is always better to let them go for a better home.
