Spay-neuter sponsorship for 2 dogs (Carol Ng Siew Theng’s)

We have fully sponsored RM300 for the spaying of the female and neutering of the male dog. This sponsorship comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM100) and Berjaya Cares (RM200).

We could not subsidise the RM30 medical claim as it was for vaccination and Carol did not submit a photo of the sticker on the vial.

Animal applied for: 5 month old black male pup (foster name Yogi Boy)

Location: Stray pup picked up from USJ area

Amount paid: RM30 for medical, RM150 for neutering

Date of procedure: 20 December 2013

Condition before treatment and neutering: Healthy

Condition after treatment and neutering: Heathy

Other details: The pup was fostered for a few days and put up for adoption at the following link: http://www.petfinder.my/pets/51852/. The dog was adopted on 25 December.

Animal applied for: 6 month old black female dog

Location: Stray dog located at USJ area

Amount paid: RM150 for neutering

Date of procedure: 24 December 2013

Condition before treatment and neutering: Healthy

Condition after treatment and neutering: Heathy

Other details: The female was relocated back at USJ after spaying and not put up for adoption as she is wary of people.
