We have subsidised RM417.50 for this case (RM25 for his vaccination and RM392.50 for his medical treatment). This subsidy comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM117.50), Ti-Ratana Penchala (RM100) and Berjaya Cares (RM200).

To: Chan Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi Dr Chan,I would like to apply for the subsidy for this puppy. She is a run and hit victim in Semenyih. A chinese ladyknocked into her and just drove off. We sent her to the vet worried that she fractured her legs. She was suspected parvo as her eyes and poo is watery. A test was done and it was negative. She was found to have hernia at inguinal and right hind limb swollen suspected fracture. She undergo an operation for the hernia and was fine. Two days later, the vet found the surgical part swollen and she had to undergo a second surgery.She is vaccinated and dewormed.Can i claim for the above treatments for this poor little pup that had to suffer so much ?Pls advise.Regards,Mei KueenFrom: jaj ajja <penpal_5488@yahoo.com>
