We have subsidised RM125 for the 5 vaccinations, RM13.50 for the family’s deworming and RM17.50 for Ace’s medication. This total subsidy of RM156 comes from the AnimalCare Donors (RM56) and Berjaya Cares (RM100).

How are you? Hope all are fine.Would like to introduce Cotton furkids’ – Aslan ( Ginger ), Ace ( White), Ayla ( Grey) & little Aurora (little baby white ).
They are six weeks old & little Aurora estimated 5 weeks of age.I will bring them for first vaccination in mid January 2014. Can I claim subsidy fron Animalcare? Will post new pictures when it is time.
Cotton is putting on weight 🙂

Dear Dr Chan,
I took the Cotton Family Bunch for vaccination today.Attached copy of receipts & vaccination cards with latest pictures of them.Ace is limping since last night(right front leg). Suspected had a fall from a chair since they are very hyper active when together. Vet prescribed anti inflammatory for the leg and earmites medication. Ace was the first to be examined & he has earmites so everyone must be given earmites medication ( 1 bottle to share-bill under Ace’s receipt name).
Aslan has a bone protruding nearby rib cage. Vet ask to monitor since it does not look normal.
The rest are ok.Milo will have his next 2 weeks.
I will submit receipts this coming Monday.
