Sound advice, not only for parents, child-minders and teachers (especially those who love to compare one child with another), but also for pet owners and animal caregivers. No two animals are the same, even if they come from the same species or even the same family.
Take for example:
Cat siblings: Clever Pole and crazy Cow!
Cat siblings: Self-assertive Rosie and totally-innocent Ginger.
Indy….is Indy even a cat??
LOL!!
And if you’d allow me to totally digress, as my other interest is in the education of humans, I found this refreshing: http://www.ted.com/talks/ken_robinson_how_to_escape_education_s_death_valley.html?source=facebook#.UvT99YmftGB.facebook (Sir Ken Robinson is so funny, in a very British way!)

Yes, another apt post for CNY. The comparison activity always exist, especially during CNY gatherings. May I share the comic please?
Be my guest!
Let’s see, in human terms, Pole would have been the mechanical engineer, Cow would be the psychiatrist and Bunny would be the … errr … politician?
Yes, Pole would be the mechanical engineer who moonlights as an escape artiste ala Houdini, Cow would be the psychiatric patient (not the psychiatrist!), but Bunny….no, Bunny would certainly NOT be the politician!! Nope, Bunny is not crafty; he doesn’t lie or cheat or steal children’s lollipops, so no, Bunny is not the politician! 🙂 Maybe a bouncer at the Clubhouse…!!
