Spaying and vaccination subsidy for Lady, rescued female dog, also for adoption (Dwita Sukma Arthasari’s)

We have subsidised RM25 for Lady’s vaccination and RM150 for her spaying.  Lady is up for adoption.  If interested, please contact Dwita directly.

Hi, my name DWITA SUKMA, im staying at Bukit Serdang, I loves animal, Im also active feeder around my area, there are so many stray dogs around my area (Bukit Serdang) I rescue them sometimes If I saw some emergency cases, but the sad part is, every time I rescue 2 dogs, there will be another 3 new comer comes, I think people dumped their pet especially dog in my area, sometimes I saw cute and friendly golden retriever wondering around starve and scare.

Recently I just rescue a family dog, here is the story :

This is the story about Lady : https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151890356182083&set=o.44640111208&type=1&theater), now this family is safe with their foster family, but now we are looking for their forever home, this momma dog we named her Lady, she is so friendly and easy to handle, understand some command, and eats kibble, after many years living in the street, being abuse by human and other stray dog, now she is going to be spay soon after stop breast feeding to the puppies, if you willing to give her home, we are willing to send her to your home after we spay her, or maybe you want to adopt this puppies we also provide transportation and spay/neuter the puppies after 6 months old. As per my story above, the fosterer could not keep them any longer, and we plan to find home for them, if you can help us that would be great, also I attached some picture of her.

Here is the latest news about the dog

This Momma dog is scheduled to be spay on 14/2/14, but after that the foster home can not foster this family anymore due some reasons, its so hard for us to release them back to the street, if you can adopt her or puppies (BOTH ARE MALE) we are willing to transport them, shes well behave , please help us…

This attachment, original receipt and with your forms will courier by post to Animal Care address by 17/2/14

The receipt of the Vet Bill for spaying are includes E collar, but I understand I will only got subsidy with your maximum rate.
