hi Dr Chan

I would like to seek spaying subsidy for Lasya, I visited a friend in Serdang and saw her running around the street. She is only ard 5-6 months old. Apparently she belongs to the neighbor but maybe they didn’t want her anymore. She roams the street, chases after motorcyles and not fed. My friends, who have two dogs, left water and food for her outside their house. She waits outside their house everyday for them to return from work for past month and will guard their house!

Since she don’t seem to belong to anyone, we decided to rescue her last week when the opportune time arose. She was infested with ticks and lice. So a lot of work to clean her up. She has just been spayed and will be sent for foster home.

    Thanks much.

Eileen
