Dr Chan,

Here are two more female dogs I would like to request for your approval for a subsidy to do the spaying:
– 1 brown snout
– 1 black snout

The 2 stray female dogs are always loitering in front of my house with many other strays.

Neighbours chipped in to help feed them with food collected from office canteen.

We would like to play our part to curb over population of strays in our area.

Hence we brought them to the vet to be spayed.

Your kind assistance in providing the subsidy for spaying is very much appreciated.

Thanks, Ng
