I would like to apply vaccination subsidy for Aspen, Aspen is a stray kitten I fostered two weeks ago, I picked her up from a nasi kandar stall. She is the only survivor – her 3 other siblings died from consuiming rat poison. Attached is the vaccination sticker and also a picture of Aspen. Could you also advertise Aspen for me in your website. She is for adoption, the vet estimates her to be 4 months old. She has a strong spirit, very active and loving. I cannot keep her as at the moment I have Anabel(the other stray cat I am fostering) and she(Anabel) is very territorial.
