To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan,I have sent Tommy (tum-tum’s brother) for neutering operation & I would like to apply for the subsidy for this operation.Attached are the pictures (before & after the operation), application form & the receipt from Jabatan Haiwan Alor Setar, kedah.** The pictures are in jpg (application form & receipt is in pdf)….Tommy – male cat around my office area.I sent Tommy for operation on 4 Mar 2014 Tuesday, then care take him for 3 days and released him back to his territory on Friday. He has recovered well ( I see him almost everyday).He is the brother of Tum-tum who I have already sent for neutering operation (subsidized by Animal Care,thanks).The 2 boys (neutered) – Tommy & Tum-tum and the 2 girls – Bell (operated) & Bella (required operation) share the same territory at the Student Centre (cafe). Lately, all 4 of them hang around (in front) of my office or the anak yatim’s canteen cause the Student Centre’s caterer have stopped operation. I feed them at least once per day or twice if they turn up during breakfast or/and dinner time.thanks & I hope your Tiger recover soon.Chin Ying Fong
