Help needed urgently: Kitten trapped in building in Tmn Overseas Union – RESCUED! (Chin Kok Sang’s)

Updates at 4.02pm: Agnes responded earlier and she has found out that her friends have also been feeding this kitten for the last 4 days. Her friends will contact Mr Chin and work together to help the kitten. However, help is still needed to find the owner/tenant of the building to open the door and let the kitten out. We had earlier suggested that Mr Chin tries the DVS or local council.  We also enlisted the help of the president of the VAM (Veterinary Association of Malaysia) and he suggested the DVS or SPCA, and the president will help if Mr Chin could provide him with the relevant details in writing. We have already conveyed this to Mr Chin and given him the contacts.

Updates at 2.17pm: We have given Mr Chin some contacts at the DVS and hope this helps.

Morning Dr Chan

There is a kitten  trapped on the 1st floor of the above captioned building for around 3 days . She must have wandered in when the tenant left the door ajar. I dont have the contact  no for the landlord nor the tenant.

I have been slipping in food and water beneath the locked door recently. The poor kitty have been meowing incessantly.

I believe  the tenant comes in once awhile and there is no signboard or contact nos in the building. Could be rented out as an association.

I found an envelope addressed to the landlord Mr Koh (full name provided) i believed but I couldnt get anything out of it by Googling.
