Dear Dr Chan ,
good morning Dr Chan, i attached the relevant document in order to
apply the claim

1) photo taken before spay
2) photo taken after spay’
3) receipt from vet
4)application form

There are more 10 stray dogs around this area , i thought of getting them one at the time to
the vet for spaying or neutering. I observe some kind hearted people are feeding them some time
.i worry the female get pregnant therefore i plan to spay the female dog
