Subject: Looking for fosterer for rescued kitten
To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>hi Kah Yein,i found a kitten dragging his hind legs across the road near my house yesterday night. he almost became a roadkill.
took him to the vet today, x-ray done, but no fracture found.
kitten has no or very little sensation on his right hind leg, while his left hind leg seems to be slightly stronger.
although skinny, kitten has good appetite so that is good.
vet thinks it may be an old injury that caused some nerve damage to the leg.
he advised to monitor the kitten, massage his weak leg daily, and encourage him to walk.i wonder if you know any cat lover who could help foster this kitten for a month or 2?
i may not be able to provide the care he needs due to my long working hours. also, the sporo cat is still with me and she is still on medication.kitten is male, estimated to be about 2 months old. his photo attached.
