To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hello,Tutti was a black male puppy rescued together with his sister, Fruiti in Puchong on 16/6/14.Tutti was in observation for a week and after that week, the vet vaccinate him. But after that, he was having bad running nose and his eyes turned blue. Dr Tan did a test and he was confirmed having distemper.I would like to claim for vacination subsidy from MyAnimalCare and as usual, kindly let me know if my photos are ok or not before I post out the receipt and application form to you.I am sad because actually I found a woman who can adopt Tutti to take care of her factory in Klang.Thank you.
