Smiley was rescued by Norvem Chan and later adopted by Noor Asyiqeen bt Askiah. Now, it’s time to get Smiley spayed and Norvem has helped get it done.

We have subsidised RM100 for Smiley’s spaying. The balance of the bill is covered by Norvem herself.

Dear Dr. Chan,

I have received the original bill for the spaying of Smiley.

My colleague will help me put it in your post box this evening after work.

Again, thank you.

Regards,

Norvem
