Spaying subsidy for Black, female cat (Noraini Mohd Noor’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for the spaying of Black.

White escaped.

Dear Dr Chan,

Good Morning,

Refer to the above, I would like to send 2 female cats for spay. This cat live at my area – back alley.

I always give them food and etc.

The black cat (picture) I suppose to send her last 5 or 6 months ago (but she pregnant). Now her kitten already stop breast feeding. So, before she can produce again I want to spay her.

Appreciate  if you can approve to claim the subsidy.

I already send one female cat for spay (Black). The other cat (White) she ran away when I try to put her inside the cage box. I will send her later.

Kindly find the attachment for the black cat and the subsidy form I will send by hand to your postbox.
