Spaying subsidy for 2 female cats (Molly Brown’s)

We have subsidised RM200 for the spaying of these 2 cats.

Dear Dr Chan

I would like to apply for neutering subsidy for a female TNRM female cat which has given birth many times. We managed to trap her and sent her for spaying.
While she has given birth few times, we have never seen her kittens.

I would also like to apply for neutering subsidy for a female 6 months old kitten which I am fostering. She was found abandoned when she’s about 2 months old.
