With this message I have attached soft copies of the forms, pictures and receipts for you action.I have been actively rescuing stray animals around my neighbourhood near a school for more than 5 years. As my commitment to them became greater (I have at my little house adopted 6 formerly stray dogs and more than a dozen cats, and feed around 20 dogs in those dedicated areas daily), I decided to opt for early retirement from the teaching service last year.As I have been regularly sending animals to SPCA for spaying and vaccination, the vet had recommended that I seek your help to reduce my financial burden. I hope you will assist me in getting a dog and 2 cats spayed recently.1. The dog is under the care of an impoverished old lady squatting near a Hindu Temple.2. The tri-coloured cat named Kum was saved outsidea cafe 3 months ago.3. The black cat has been roaming around the school compound for a year.Their pictures are in the attachments below.I would be so grateful if you could help me with the cost of neutering them at SPCA.Thanks and Regards,John Cheah
