Dear Ms Chan / Animal Care,There is this a pack of 7 adult stray dogs that always roam around the area and they mean no harm and have been fed by our neighborhood people. Currently there is 10 puppies gave birth by two female dogs and two of it pregnant again. There is this shop selling vege owner has been looking after as where and when when she open her shop in the late morning till 9pm.We have discussed in chipping in money for the neutering fees. Also trying to find home for the 10 puppies. But first of all we need help to neuter female dogs first of all. one them is neutered.We sincerely hope that you can help on this matter urgently.

To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Dear Dr Chan Kah Yein.I am replying on behalf of Mi Mi with regards to the email above.Firstly please find attached pictures of the 3 stray dogs that we have neutered.These dogs were found nearby our residential area. With the help of a small group of residents we have been feeding and now managed to neuter 3 of the female dogs around the area as per images attached. All 3 dogs have been released after being neutered and are now being fed and taken care of by a shop owner around that area.We hope that our efforts to neuter these strays will be looked into and subsidised as there are more strays that we plan to continue to help neuter and rehome.We will be sending in the form and the receipt to you as well via post by tomorrow.Thank you and looking forward for your kind reply.
