To: “chankahyein@gmail.com” <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hi,this is my first time contacting you to get some subsidy in neutering my stray cats that I have rescued.Upin & Ipin are siblings,they are very similar & I often call them twins.I rescued their mother from port Dickson wet market as 1 of her front leg was injured & she was pregnant at the same time,she has been spayed during her treatment of pyometra so not only her ovaries were gone but also her uterus.As for Koki,he often come to my house but he is quite wild,after getting some bloody scratches from him,i manage to adopt him.Now hes happy with another 18cats.I rescued Awie’s mother after she delivered 3 babycats incuding Awie itself from my friend’s house in seremban.He’s not a responsible owner as his cats are in poor health,all of them.Awie’s mother has also been spayed using my own money.All the cats that I have rescued will forever be mine,i keep them indoor all the time but not caged unless they are sick or after having operation.I have 19cats & 13 of them has been neutered including Upin,Ipin,Awie & Koki.All of them are DSH cats & all of them are stray cats,but not anymore.I really hope I can get this subsidy so that i can neuter more stray cats.I will post the original receipt together with the form as soon as possible.Thank you very much
