To: Chan Kah Yein <chankahyein@gmail.com>Hello Dr Chan,It has been awhile since I apply for subsidy as I had been busy studying in Kampar.During my trip back to Puchong this month, my father told me he is unable to send Fruitti to spay. I am not sure if you recalled but Frutti was one mongrel I had bailed out from the Dog Pound in June 2014.Even up to now, she is really terrified of humans. I tried to carress her also no use cos she still pees in fear and her tail willl hide between her legs. This shows how terrified she is still of human. Thus, I have no choice but to ask the vet to come and get her to spay as I was worried she may run out and will breed. Last month, I was told by my dad she tried to run when my dad opened the back door. Thank God, dad was able to grab her back.As usual, I always email to you the photos taken first before I mail out the receipt and subsidy form. If you approved these photos, then i will mail them out.As for my next course of plan, once Fruitti is ok with human, I will put her up for adoption at any adoption drives, post her picture in PetFriender. I will not let her go but continue to foster her until I can find her a home.Awating for your approval on the photos first.Rgds
Bryan Terng
