Spaying subsidy for Suri, rescued cat (Joyce Yeoh Swee Eng’s)

We have subsidised RM100 for Suri’s spaying.

Hi Dr Chan,

Good morning, Happy New Year 2015.  Hope you are feeling better and getting more rest.  I as a independent rescuer really appreciate the work you are doing, the subsidies really help us a lot.

A few months ago, I rescued a stray female cat and I named her Suri.   I got her spayed recently and I would like to apply for the spaying subsidy to help me financially as I am also fostering other stray cats at the moment.  I have found a home for Suri and she will be going to her adopter’s home in 2 weeks time. Attached are photos of Suri pre and post surgery.
