Spay-neuter sponsorship for 5 cats (Indi Yong Poh Lai & Wong Yiew Mei’s)

We have fully sponsored RM365 for the spaying of 2 female cats and neutering of 3 male cats.

We no longer offer vaccination subsidies now.

Dear Dr. Chan,

I, Indi Yong, was working on a project in Klang.  A stray cat and her four kittens found refuge at my job site.

They were in an unhealthy state and I bought them to the vet.  They are now healthy.

The mother cat has been spayed.  Her four kittens have grown and have now been neutered as well.  I would like to apply for the spaying and vaccination subsidy for the four kittens.

2nd case:

Name of cat: Stray Tom.

He has been roaming roaming around Kota Damansara and is aggressive to the rest of the roaming stays. He has also impregnated some stay female cats.

I have captured him and got him spayed as well.  I also wish to apply on the subsidy for his spaying and vaccination.

Total no. of Cats : 5 nos
